Black Holes: Man or Myth?
by Travis Vogt

Black holes range in size from as small as a tandem bicycle to the size of a full sized black hole. Though we cannot see black holes–even using America’s most powerful telescopes and binoculars–Astrologists naggingly insist that they’re out there. Biding their time, waiting for the right moment to use their spectacular powers of destruction to destroy earth beyond any possibility of repair.

But what can America do to avoid our inevitable death by black holes? The sad fact of the matter is that there is absolutely nothing that we can do. We are helpless against these terrifying, incorrigible beasts.

Though we humans have gone to the moon and are even able to control the weather inside our cars, we have still not become smart enough to know where black holes come from, or even how they can be stopped. Why, you could be at your favorite football game, minding your own business and a black hole could open up right in the middle of the Earth’s core, sucking our entire galaxy into it, and there would be literally nothing that you could do, other than scream and die. Painfully.

So make sure that you live every day to it’s fullest. Savor every sunrise and sunset. Admire the simple complexity of a leaf or a grain of sand. Enroll in either a karate or cooking class, whichever one seems the most interesting to you. Tell your loved ones that you love them as often as you possibly can, even if it becomes inconvenient or annoying. Because every ensuing day could very likely be your last. All thanks to….

BLACK HOLES!
